Northern Persia (Iran), c. 296 x 100 cm, about 1900, in the villages around Kelardasht runner formats with mostly consistent pattern were manufactured, on regional brick red background are ten staggered polygons placed in octagons along the vertical axis in stepped, hooked form, solid carpet despite partly low pile, both ends with original braided warp threads, side edges rebound, good colour condition with rare green colouring.
