Northwest Persia (Iran), c. 415 (430) x 300 cm, last third of the 20th century, this luxurious carpet was manufactured in the master workshop Faryabei, this piece is signed at both ends in English and in Farsi as follows: "Faryabei’s Brothers Productions Made in Tabriz", medallion carpet with birds of paradise and filigree ornaments with a knot density of c. 1 mil. kts/sqm, on silk warp with cork wool pile with a high silk proportion, on both sides large woven finish with knotted pattern decoration, mint condition.
