Early Baroque cabinet from the late 17th/early 18th century,
Set on a matching table support from the 19th century. Made in solid and veneered pearwood, with flame mouldings and an ebonised finish. The cabinet has 1 drawer in the lid, 2 doors, a lavishly crafted tabernacle-shaped fitted interior with 2 doors, a total of 18 drawers and secret compartments. 127 x 67 x 45 cm. With some ageing, small parts loose or missing and with a fine patina. (PZ)
