Salon chest of drawers,
France Louis XVI period circa 1780. Made partly in mahogany and mahogany veneer, with a polished finish, 5 drawers, fluted uprights and feet, bronze mounts with later gilding and a moulded marble top. The piece is stamped MAUTER. Ca. 89 x 132 x 62 cm. In restored condition, with parts replaced, the marble top lightly chipped. (MIN)
