Known as a “Georgener Truhe/St. Georgen an der Gunsen”, circa 1800. A spruce coffer painted green, also partly marbled, richly painted with flowers and ornament, also decorated with an engraving, with lock and key, a fitted interior of 3 drawers, 1 compartment and a secret compartment. Ca. 64 x 133 x 62 cm. Some ageing and wear, the lid rubbed.. (MIN)
