white, glazed, rectangular form, smooth base, well-proportioned body with defined and tiered elements, decorated with all-round gilt frame with moulded shells, bands and rocailles, sprigs of leaves, bead-and-dart strip, acanthus leaf festoons, rosettes, palmette in acanthus leaves, palmette frieze, lesenes and volutes with matching gold décor, surmounted by an amphora as finial with gilt fluting and egg-and-dart frieze, back-loaded, width 125 cm, total height 328 cm, base and bottom part height 130 cm, upper part height 140 cm, top with vase height 58 cm, professionally restored, re-gilded with 23k gold leaf, the gilt decorations are reminiscent of the state rooms and tiled stoves in the Imperial Palace in Vienna, Austria, c. 1780-1790 (Ru)
