serial number 9151 (buttplate, barrel bed etc.), barrels with smooth bore, cylindrical, Damascus, folding (the key comprises the front part of the trigger guard), the barrel bed is marked: LEBEDA, the barrel bed and the iron set are decorated with engraved ornaments and hunting motifs, gilding in places, ownership initials on the neck of the stock: IR, a stock with a cheekpiece, bore 18 mm, length 112 cm (Do)
Antonín Vincenc Lebeda (1798 - 1857) founded the most important Czech gunsmith company, supplying weapons to many nobles and royal houses. From 1854 the company was run by his sons Antonín (1823-1890) and Ferdinand (1824-1902). The company terminated its activities in 1888.
