A unique piece.
With the fact that many garbage trucks of clothes are burned or sent to a landfill, this rug is handwoven with discarded t-shirts, which is used as its raw material. The carpet was exhibited as part of the “Waste no more, Ventura Centrale” exhibition by Li Edelkoort and Philip Fimmano, which focused on the sustainable use of waste materials.
