“Fertbaur in Wien”, rectangular movement, spring-driven, Graham escapement, full lever escapement, power reserve: at least one week, three-piece facetted glass capsule, oversized barrels with external ratchets, polished steel covering plate, small second, index for moon phase and “moon’s age”, Viennese 4/4 hour striking mechanism on chime coils, two-piece partly silvered and delicately chased dial with engraved dial rings, gilt and blued moon, blued steel hands with gold stars, delicately chased gilt bronze bezel, repeated in the engraved bimetallic thermometer below, heavy rust-rod compensation second pendulum with brass bob, three doors, mahogany clock case with seven glass panels and ebonised lesenes, 143 cm, Vienna c. 1800, signs of age and use, some damage, good original material, restoration required, no warranty for function and completeness, 1 pendulum, 1 key, (HP)
