A magnificent portrait of the Viennese court painter Anton Einsle, who worked in Budapest from 1832 onwards. The present work is probably one of the first portraits painted in Budapest. Archduke Stephan (1817-1867), son of Archduke Joseph and later Palatine of Hungary.
