“The Secret”,
depicts a young mother seated on a meadow base and listening to her husband, who is bending forwards, holding the right hand to his lips and whispering, sitting at their feet is the young son, smelling roses in a basket, large meadow base with gold painted lace border, height 25 cm, length 23 cm, fine hairline crack to the inside of the base and minor chipping Vienna, Imperial Manufactory, underglaze blue Austrian shield c. 1780, model by Anton Grassi, former ‘Schneider Corporal’ signed on the inside of the base written into porcelain (Ru)
