Romania, c. 236 x 151 cm, about 1930. This white “Bird Ushak” was made in the workshops of Teodor Tuduc in Bucharest and is strikingly similar to its West-Anatolian models. This workshop specialised in replicas of museum-quality weavings at the beginning of the 20th century. With evenly thin pile and original edges, completely preserved. (VP)
