A unique piece.
Jaroslav Komon was born in Prague in 1958. Having successfully completed his apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker, he attended a higher secondary school for applied arts and subsequently studied engineering at the University of Technology in Prague. In 1983 he escaped from Czechoslovakia to West Germany. In Munich he opened his own restoration workshop, as well as a carpenter’s shop in Czechia. He has conceived and realised numerous interior design concepts for private buildings, such as in Prague, Munich, Geneva, and Salzburg. In 2005 he founded the ArtKabinett factory in Plzeň, Czechia. Jaroslav Komon lives and works in Munich.
