Provenance:
Collection of Albert Pollak (1878-1943), Vienna;
May 1938: confiscation of his collection by the GESTAPO, Vienna;
from March 1940 onwards: distribution of numerous objects to various museums by the Central Office for the Protection of Monuments;
November 1941: acquisition of 14 glass objects by the Museum of Folklore, Vienna;
July 1948: restitution notice to the heirs of Albert Pollak;
December 1950: delivery of the 14 glass objects to the heirs of Albert Pollak;
1951: involuntary consignment of six glass objects (export ban) to the Museum of Folklore, Vienna, by the heirs of Albert Pollak (inv. no. ÖMV/47879-ÖMV/47884);
September 2020: restitution of the objects to the heirs of Albert Pollak.
