Northeast Persia (Iran), c. 223 x 162 cm, end of the 19th century, the Jaffarbai constitute a subgroup of the large Turkmen Yomut tribes, striped patterns are usually found in kilims and are very rare in hand knotted carpets, pile with signs of age and use as well as edge damage, lower woven finish no longer preserved.
