in 1984, for Zanotta, Italy, box-shaped construction, frame made of grey lacquered wood with polychrome decoration, rectangular and cylindrical leg made blue and brown varnished wood, the front with two doors, one tray and one bar cabinet with hinged door. The inside of the hinged door with one silvered tray with screenprint decor, handle made of anodised aluminium. Height c. 125 cm, width c. 140 cm, depth c. 40 cm. (MHA)

This cocktail cabinet is part of Zanotta’s special ‘Edizioni’ collection, with limited editions visually representing the dialogue between art and design. This item exists in at least two different versions - the present one, and another with two rectangular legs.

Provenance:
In the 1980s, the Teichgräber couple organised an extensive Mendini exhibition in their Prodomo showrooms. Acquired by the current owner directly in the aforementioned exhibition.
