Prince Karol Stanislaw Radziwill (1669 - 1719), son of Michael Kazimir Radziwill and Katarzyna Sobieska, was descended from the important Princely House of Radziwill and held the office of Grand Chancellor of Lithuania. He was an influential diplomat and politician, and served, among others, his uncle King Jan III Sobieski. The engraved initials mean: "Karol Stanislaw Michael Radziwill".
