A decorative pendant watch by Rossel & Fils. After the death of company founder Jean Francois Bautte, his son Jacques took over Bautte & Cie. together with Jean Samuel Rossel. Constant Girard-Gallet took over the company in 1906. He was the owner of the famous Girard Perregaux watch manufactory in La Caux-de-Fonds.
