As an alternative to a classic tachymeter, the Speedmaster offered a decimeter or decimal bezel. It features a characteristic 0-100 scale. It was mainly used for scientific and industrial purposes. In conjunction with the stop function, the time measurement can be easily converted to a decimal or percentage value.
