The materials and the way we use them in fashion can be connected to nature in a sustainable way. These rugs show that you can use design and creativity for good” (Nawaaz Saldulker, 2021) This tapestry was submitted for the 2023 St. Leopold Peace Prize for the exhibition “Die Werke der Barmherzigkeit” (The Works of Mercy) at Klosterneuburg Abbey. The present tapestry is part of a small collection from a series called “Celebrated People”.
