Prototype of a chair produced in a small-scale series in a slightly modified form. Like Max Bill, the Swiss architect Werner Blaser sees the task of art as a unified design of the environment. Around 1950, furniture was created in a modular system with an x-base cleat connection, which was also used in his building designs.
