so-called secrétaire à abattant, stamped LARDIN (ANDRÉ ANTOINE LARDIN, master 1750), Paris c. 1760, hardwood frame, the front with mostly floral marquetry of different dyed precious woods incl. mahogany, rosewood and maplewood , curved frieze, veneered sides, folding writing surface with 4 inner drawers and compartments, 2 doors with compartments, moulded marble top with chipped rear left corner, c. 134 x 114 x 45 cm, in well-maintained condition.
