silver bottle stopper with profile portrait of a lady sniffing at a flower, hallmarked on the rim: greyhound hallmark, three further mis-struck hallmarks; diameter 3.9 cm, height of silver hallmark 1.7 cm, weight incl. stopper 16.2 g; silver-plated metal bottle stopper with raised décor of ornamental motifs, marked Alpacca, height of silver-plated mount 2.8 cm; silver bottle stopper: motif designed by Hans Frei, one side with Hermes with coat of arms and a landscape view, marked 'Aux collaborateurs et ouvriers ou percement ou simplon Longueur 19803 m 1898-1905', the other side with depiction of miners in a tunnel, marked 'Souvenir de la recontre des galeries fevr. 1905', marked along the upper margin: wheat weevil hallmark (French duty hallmark for silver products), Argent, height 6.9 cm, weight: 41.5 g; all three items with signs of age and use.
