decoration: Crete Pampas; solid pale green ground, clear thread décor over silver-yellow specks; mould-blown and shaped, iridescence; one vase restored; both vases with inlays and cork residues added at a later date, as the vases were repurposed as lamps; gilt bronze mounts in the form of stylised branches with leaves and buds; height 48.2 cm.
