metal, green and brown patinated; in each woman's hands a flat metal bowl with a single-flame lamp mount; two lamp globes; lamp globes made of white frosted glass, with different craquelure effects; one lamp globe restored and chipped, the other lamp globe also chipped; figures standing on an octagonal flat metal plinth; the latter inscribed on the reverse: M. L. Verrier; objects attached to three-stepped octagonal marble bases; figures partly scuffed; base slightly chipped; electrical fittings require professional servicing; total height: 85.0 cm. (MP)
