clear glass with bevelled stem; three high drinking glasses with eight-facet cut decoration, two medium-sized drinking glasses also with eight-facet cut, one liqueur glass and one cocktail glass with five-facet cut stem; four glasses with gold décor and monogram in an oval; decoration with gilt rim along the opening, the foot and the outline of monogram; the latter additionally with dotted décor with double rhomb motifs as external outline; each stem with two-stepped tapering decoration, the upper section with dots in two drinking glasses and partly jagged motifs on the lower stem in the liqueur glass and the cocktail glass; height of liqueur glass: 10.7 cm; height of cocktail glass: 14.9 cm; height of medium-sized drinking glass: 12 cm; height of tall drinking glass: 17.4 cm. (MP) Provenance: From the Schedlmayer Collection Literature: Otto Prutscher Archive, 1257; Duit, Schedlmayer, Otto Prutscher, vol. 2, p. 108ff., nos. 117-121. The manufacturer of the glasses is unknown. The objects were on display at the “Vienna 1900” exhibition on the occasion of the reopening of the Secession by the City of Vienna in 1964.
