Alpine area, beginning of the 19th century. A Swiss pine cabinet, with a blue painted ground and partly marbled, later painted with flowers and ornament. The cabinet has 2 doors, mouldings, and is dated 1801. It is divisible by means of a the screw assembly, with lock and key, interior drawer and secret compartment. 179.5 x 128 x 60 cm. Some ageing and wear, the cornice restored. (MIN/PZ)
