A coffee and tea service, Hans Przyrembel,
c. 1930 / 1940, silvered brass construction, teapot and coffee pot with semi-circular black plastic finial, slightly bent side, on an oval base. Four-part set consisting of: coffee pot, teapot, creamer & sugar bowl. Including a stylistically matching tray. Dimensions: height up to c. 19 cm. Signs of age and use, scratches and abrasions, partly slight traces of oxidation, isolated slight deformations.
Hans Przyrembel (1900-1945) was a German metal artist, goldsmith and silversmith as well as a Bauhaus student under Laszlo Moholy-Nagy from 1924 to 1928.
