designed by Ernest Igl in 1953, for Egon Hillebrand Leuchtenfabrik, Neheim-Husten, Germany, sculptural construction with round base made of varnished and chromium plated metal, enclosed diffuser made of openwork varnished perforated sheet iron. Height c. 185 cm, diameter c. 24 cm, without guarantee for electrical fitting. Signs of age and use, scratches and abrasions, partly with (varnish) losses, partly oxidation marks. (MHA)
